I love the décor

This evening I checked out a new restaurant for dinner. JAC's Bistro opened up this November on Kerr St in Oakville.


I ordered a cauliflower pancetta soup to start and a lobster linguine for my entrée. I really liked the soup that I ordered. The pancetta gave the soup a salty flavour that complimented the cauliflower very well.


My lobster linguine was also a hit. It had big pieces of shrimp and lobster included. It was flavoured well and presented nicely.


Don't worry I did not forget about dessert. All of the deserts are made in house. I order a chocolate ganache. Made with Lindt chocolate.
