Cray Cray for Lemons



One of my favourite ingredients to bake with is lemons. There is something about the citrus taste and fragrant flavour that really hits the spot.

I am a big fan of lemon curd but decided to make lemon bars instead. I was able to get the Recipe from Joy Of Baking

First step is to get the crust going
 I 

Then comes the wonderful lemoness. I don't care that lemoness is not a word. I am going with it

Pour it on the crust after it has been baked for 20 minutes

Sift some icing sugar and it ends up looking something like this
I admit mine didn't look as pretty but they tasted divine.
